I came to massage with a desire to be able to help people "feel better".  With over 12 years experience my practice has evolved into educating clients in the physiology of their muscular condition.  Through our awareness and understanding we work  to facilitate the natural process of  homeostasis (balance) which allows for less muscular pain and discomfort. 

I focus on utilizing many modalities such as *Orthopedic Massage... *Soft Tissue Manipulation... *Trigger Point Therapy... *Isometric Stretching... and *Myofascial Release  to improve muscle and fascia conditions associated with chronic pain due to illness and injury.  I use this approach to provide each client individual treatment for their unique needs.
