Everything manifested materially is formed by waves of energy, usually referred to as vibrations.  Each one of us responds to our name which is a particular combination of energy waves directed toward us every time we are addressed by name.  These waves of energy will inevitably affect the formation of each one of us differently.  People are living, growing forms of life, definitely influenced by the vibrations of their environment and the vibrations they respond to. People are individually unique.  No two people are exactly the same.  Hereditary influences are apparent in all of us, but even identical twins are different from each other and one outstanding difference is their name.  Yes, but you will say, what about people who are named for their parents?  In Numerology we also use the day, month and year of birth numbers which, of course, will be different from their parents.  This difference will make them uniquely individual, as well as the different hereditary influences that will be in their genes, giving them a different potential as well.
