Looking at our possible past lives can help us remember our soul purpose, assist with soul retrieval, and understand issues in our current incarnation.
During a session it's possible that you may meet your spirit guides and view past lives. Clients often report that doing so allows release of many fears in their current life. A sense of peace and deep relaxation is often reported too.
We begin with Reiki as you relax in chair or on the table. Then Betsy uses Transpersonal Hypnotherapy to guide you through visualization, breathing, relaxation and past life images and contact and guidance from your spirit guides and loved ones.
Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Aromatherapy, Crystals,and Stones are also applied to the session as needed.

For this workshop we’ll spend the 1st hour in guided meditation using hypnotherapy to bring about relaxation and visualization to view past life images and contact with your spirit guides and loved ones. Thenwe’ll take a break and spend the 2nd hour discussing and interpreting your experience.
Note; Dress comfy and if you have a special notebook bring it with you too. If you have a yoga mat and prefer to lie down you may do so as well.
