Sacred Journey Session (A Meditative Journey)
A Sacred Journey Session with Dorena offers an increased awareness to the connection between spiritual life and wellness. Clients are looking for a coach to really listen to them and give honest feedback, giving us a chance to begin to manage the energy within us and build a life that is on purpose thus improving conditions. When we learn to work with energy, there is a greater chance to become the master of our own reality.
In your counseling session Dorena uses some mild, meditative trance music. During healing, memories may surface of physical or emotional that contributed to current problems. We prepare by learning how to have better relationships, learning how to be more loving and compassionate, learning how to be healthier physically, emotionally, and spiritually. We prepare by learning how to help others, and how to enjoy this world and yet advance in our healing. By preparing we will quiet present fears, feel better about ourselves, and grow spiritually.
When a person has questions but wants to discover the answers for themselves. This session offers help with that connection with a safe environment through meditative journey.
