Tarot Reader Classes and Certification with Dorena
Next Class Begins October 16th at 10:00 am ~ 13 Months (22 Classes)
These classes will give you an in-depth and thorough understanding of each card in the Major and Minor Arcana the classic Ryder-Waite Deck and a formal certificate upon completion of study.
The Certification Classes will be held every other week for 13 months. 22 Classes of indepth study of the Ryder-Waite Tarot deck giving you all the tools you need to be a Tarot Card Reader.
Make A Small Investment In Yourself That Will Give You A Life-Time Of Rewards
(A professional reading from me can cost you anything from $50 to $200 an hour. Regularly visiting a tarot reader can be a very expensive but also a very formative affair. Also, by becoming a professional tarot card reader yourself, you have the opportunity to make back your small investment many times over. See you in class. Dorena)
The classes will be held every other Saturday from 10:00 - 11:15 am
Total cost for certification is $1300.00. (may be paid in 2 installments if you need to) If you don't have a Ryder-Waite Deck we will provide it for a fee of $25.00.

For graduation you will have a chance to earn back your class fee as we present you to the public for readings. In the past we have had a great time with this and it was very successful!
Design Your Own Tarot Cards - Workshop

2011 - Feb 9, April 13, June 8In this workshop we will each design seven cards. Each card has a unique meaning and significance that you create yourself. The cards can be used to gain insight, clarity, and achieve greater control over issues involving relationships, life changes, family, career, health, spirituality , and dreams.
Perfect way to learn what your heart is trying to tell you.
Current growth process, distracting influences, helping influences, the shadow self, new focuses, new visions, and how you can meet these challenges.
In these classes we will be designing, creating and learning about this 7 card spread.
Each person needs to bring with them 50 pictures… you can be creative with your sources (magazines, cards, picture books, etc)… these pictures will be shared with the group... so please note you will not get them back.
$45 (price includes other needed supplies)
Sign up early, maximum number for this class is 10… however you may take this class as many times as you want… you will always get the answers you need at just the right time.

The Tarot history, as far as it’s origin is concerned, is unknown. The earliest date on record which refers to the Tarot cards is 1392 when an entry was made in the court accounts of Charles VI of France referring to the payment for the purchase of three sets of the Major Arcana. In 1377 there is a detailed account concerning them in the Latin Manuscript. The earliest reference to cards, of any kind, is when they were banned by Alfonse XI, King of Leon and Castile, in the year 1332.
In use the Tarot reflects the innermost forces at work within. The universe is made up of positive and negative forces which are active in every human being in various degrees. The Tarot will mirror these forces. The Tarot will help you to achieve your greatest potentials when used as they were intended, wisely and with respect.
